IMPULSE RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging if possible.

All Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
All jewelry and accessories are also final sale
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We will not accept a return without any wardrobing tag or designer tags attached properly. All returns are subject to evaluation by Impulse Boutique.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item.

IMPULSE SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping is available for all orders totaling shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the United States.
Orders may be delivered by UPS, USPS, or Fedex
Expedited and Next Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET on weekdays (excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped on the same day.
Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.
Transit times are not guaranteed, with the exception of Next Business Day and Expedited shipping options.

Shipping Policies
Shipping Charges are non-refundable
The calculation of transit times begins on the first business day after the order has been shipped.
If a delivery is refused, a refund will be issued, with the deduction of roundtrip shipping charges.
